Kian H. Wagner is Vice President, Acquisitions for GCP.
Mr. Wagner previously held the titles of Associate and later
Senior Associate with GCP. Mr. Wagner graduated from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison in December 2003 with a BBA in Real Estate
and Urban Land Economics. Throughout his academic career, he
was an active member of the UW Real Estate Club and
continues to be a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni
Association.
While attending UW-Madison, Mr. Wagner worked for Marshall
Erdman & Associates, Inc., a design-build firm specializing
in medical facilities, where he assisted in the management
and development of corporately held real estate assets.
Prior to his employment with Marshall Erdman & Associates,
Mr. Wagner worked at The Polacheck Company/CB Richard Ellis
in Madison, WI.
