Kelly L. Stonebraker, 55, joined GCP as Managing Director, General Counsel in January 2004.  While serving as GCP’s General Counsel, Mr. Stonebraker remains Senior Counsel with DLA Piper.  Mr. Stonebraker has worked as a senior member of the real estate transactions practice at DLA Piper since 1999.  Before joining DLA Piper, Mr. Stonebraker was an officer of Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C., a Chicago law firm affiliated with Equity Group Investments, LLC (1990-1999).   Earlier in his career, Mr. Stonebraker was an associate and later a partner in the Chicago office of the law firm currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman (1981-1990).  Mr. Stonebraker holds a BA from the University of Chicago and a JD from New York University.  Mr. Stonebraker is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council.
