Ami A. Shah is the Vice President – Retail for GCP and oversees asset management initiatives for its Main Street Retail and Mixed-Use properties and development projects.  Ms. Shah is directly responsible for leading the strategic, leasing and operational initiatives for the retail portfolio.

Prior to joining GCP, Ms. Shah was a Summer Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. within its real estate investment banking group.  While at Goldman, Ms. Shah led underwriting and due diligence processes for real estate commercial mortgage investments.  Previously, Ms. Shah spent four years with Ernst & Young LLP in its real estate assurance and advisory business services practice.  As an Audit Senior, Ms. Shah led financial audit teams for several commercial real estate clients.

Ms. Shah graduated from the MBA program at Harvard Business School in June 2007.   Ms. Shah also holds a MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
