Dmitry V. Lyamichev is a Senior Associate of GCP. Mr. Lyamichev graduated from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison in December 2005 with a BBA in Real
Estate and Finance. He was also an active member of the UW
Real Estate Club and continues to be a member of the
Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
While attending UW-Madison, Mr. Lyamichev worked for Real
Estate Dynamics, Inc., an appraisal and development firm,
where he conducted market analysis and appraisals of
residential and commercial real estate properties.
Mr. Lyamichev also has a strong financial background from
his experience working for American Express Financial
Advisors in Minneapolis, MN and Bankers’ Bank in Madison,
WI.
