Jordan T. Kerger is an Associate with GCP. Prior to his work at GCP, Mr. Kerger was a Junior Analyst at Principal Real Estate Investors, where his responsibilities included the financial analysis of potential acquisitions for a large pension fund. Before joining Principal, Mr. Kerger worked for The Anvan Group of Companies, where he participated in various aspects of condominium-hotel redevelopment in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. 

Mr. Kerger graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University where he majored in finance and accounting.  Mr. Kerger remains an active member of DePaul’s Real Estate Organization and Young Real Estate Professionals.
