Annette C. (Welsh) Kastner, is the Controller for Green Courte Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Green Courte Partners, Ms. Kastner spent over five years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in their Asset Services division, where she was the Director of CBRE’s Chicago Accounting hub office. At CBRE she led a team of over 60 professionals, providing quality and timely financial reporting for over 300 commercial properties (57 million square feet). She also managed a $4.8 million annual department budget, was heavily involved in strategic planning, cost reduction initiatives, various accounting systems conversions, and establishment and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure tight internal controls.

Previously, Ms. Kastner spent four years as an Assistant Controller with U.S. Equities Realty, where she oversaw the accounting for over 7.5 million square feet and assisted with the accounting start-up for U.S. Equities Realty’s first management assignment in São Paulo Brazil. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kastner was a Financial Manager for a one million square foot multi-purpose commercial property where she was responsible for all financial reporting as well as valuation analysis.

Ms. Kastner is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Commerce with an Accountancy concentration from DePaul University in Chicago. She is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society and AICPA.
