Sirina R. Jimenez

Sirina R. Jimenez is the Director of Asset Management
Services for GCP. In her previous
position, Ms. Jimenez was a
Senior
Development Associate
with First Industrial Realty Trust, providing financial
management for First Industrial’s development projects, both
on balance sheet and off balance sheet in their joint
venture with CalSTRS.
Previously, Ms. Jimenez worked as the Development Operations
Manager in First Industrial’s Development Services Group. In
this capacity, Ms. Jimenez assisted with strategic planning
and reporting. Ms. Jimenez also administered contracts,
performed acquisition and development due diligence, and
managed over 29 professionals nationwide and a $4 million
annual department budget.
Ms. Jimenez is currently pursuing her BA with
a Business Administration concentration from DePaul
University’s School for New Learning in Chicago.
