Marnie C. Helfand is a Senior Associate at Green Courte Partners, LLC. Prior to joining GCP, Ms. Helfand spent three years with Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. As an Assistant Vice President in originations, Ms. Helfand was part of a team that originated and closed both fixed and floating rate loans on various commercial asset classes located across the country.

Prior to her time at Countrywide, Ms. Helfand worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in a similar loan originations role. Before that, Ms. Helfand completed a capital markets analyst training program at Bank One.

Ms. Helfand graduated from Northwestern University in 2003 with a BA in Economics and Applied Mathematics.
