Steven E. Ehrlich
Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel

Steven E. Ehrlich, 46, joined GCP as Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel in April 2008.  In addition to serving as GCP’s Deputy General Counsel, Mr. Ehrlich is Senior Counsel with DLA Piper.  Mr. Ehrlich joined DLA Piper’s real estate transactions practice in 1999.  Previously, Mr. Ehrlich was an officer of Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C., a Chicago law firm affiliated with Equity Group Investments, LLC (1993-1999). 

Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. Ehrlich was an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP in Chicago (1985-1987).  Mr. Ehrlich, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BS (Accountancy) and a JD from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
