Parking

Green Courte Partners, LLC is seeking to acquire parking garages or lots.  Currently, we are targeting: (i) parking garages or large parking lots in CBD locations in major markets around the country; (ii) "off-airport" parking lots or garages near major airports; (iii) the commercial parking component of mixed-use properties; and (iv) sale/leaseback transactions with strong tax-exempt institutions.  Additionally, GCP will make "long-term" mezzanine loans on parking assets to enable owners to generate cash to fund expansions, capital improvements, and repositioning.

  • Parking structures or lots in dense, urban, "24/7" markets within major metropolitan areas

  • Off-airport parking facilities

  • Universities, hospitals, or other parking assets
