Green Courte acquired its first parking property in December 2004. In December 2011, Green Courte acquired The Parking Spot, one of the largest near-airport parking operators in the United States. Currently, Green Courte’s portfolio of parking properties includes 20 assets (19 owned and one leased) consisting of more than 40,800 spaces and 22 managed properties with over 32,000 spaces.
