Green
Courte Partners, LLC is a
Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm founded
by Randall K. Rowe in July 2002. GCP combines focused investment
strategies with a disciplined approach to transaction execution and
asset management. GCP's current investment fund, Green Courte Real
Estate Partners II, LLC is focused primarily on the ownership and
operation of manufactured housing
communities, retail and mixed-use properties, and parking assets, but may invest in any
real estate asset or real estate strategy that will generate
attractive risk-adjusted returns over a long-term holding period. GCP believes that, while the real estate
capital markets are essentially global in scope, individual real
estate investments are driven by local criteria. Therefore, in
addition to acquiring individual real estate assets, GCP creates
joint venture investments with strong operating partners to leverage
their market knowledge. GCP's funds have
investment horizons of ten to twelve years, so the firm is uniquely
positioned to structure creative, flexible, long-life transactions
conforming to the specific objectives of its investment partners,
as well as to pursue long-term value creation strategies.
To execute its investment strategies, GCP has
assembled an experienced team of professionals who demonstrate
entrepreneurial focus and have strong backgrounds in real estate
investment structuring, financing, operating, and asset management. GCP believes its success depends not only on the economic results of
