Overview

Green Courte Partners, LLC was organized by Randy Rowe in July 2002 to sponsor real estate private equity funds that are focused on investments in niche real estate. Green Courte is currently building industry-leading real estate companies in the land-lease/manufactured housing community sector with American Land Lease, Inc. and in the parking sector with The Parking Spot. Green Courte seeks to optimize its real estate investments by marrying small-cap, difficult-to-aggregate real estate investments with talented and aligned management teams. Targeting an entity-level exit via an initial public offering (IPO), combination or portfolio sale, Green Courte aims to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns for its investment partners over a long-term investment horizon.
