Reed Singer
Vice President, Acquisitions

Reed Singer joined GCP as Vice President, Acquisitions in December 2011. Prior to joining GCP, Mr. Singer was an acquisitions officer at The Parking Spot, a national owner/operator of near-airport parking facilities.

Prior to joining The Parking Spot in 2004, Mr. Singer managed real estate consulting engagements with URS Corporation and Arthur Andersen LLP, specializing in mixed-use urban development, economic development strategy and hospitality.

Mr. Singer holds a BS in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Singer is an active member and past Board Member of the Chicago Real Estate Council and a volunteer at the Chicago Architecture Foundation.
