Leah Maxon is an Executive Assistant for GCP. Previously, Ms. Maxon worked for XDX Innovative Refrigeration in Arlington Heights as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. While with XDX Ms. Maxon coordinated domestic and international travel, board meetings, training sessions, and trade shows; as well as effectively managing late receivables. Prior to her work in Illinois, Ms. Maxon worked as the Camping/Program and Training Registrar for Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska. During her work with Girl Scouts Ms. Maxon converted the registration process from paper to online registration and payment abilities.  

Ms. Maxon graduated with honors from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska May 2007 receiving a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources.  Following graduation, she completed her internship as the Director of Volunteer Operations with NLOM Youth Camp.
